5. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are described in your project contract. Manufacturer material warranties (such as GAF system warranties) are issued directly by the manufacturer and subject to that manufacturer's terms. Bigfoot makes no representations beyond what is stated in a signed project agreement.
6. Insurance claims
Bigfoot assists property owners in the insurance claim process by documenting damage and communicating with adjusters. We do not guarantee any claim outcome. Final determination of coverage is made solely by the insurance carrier pursuant to the terms of your policy. It is a violation of Florida law for a contractor to waive, absorb, or rebate an insurance deductible.
7. Financing
Financing offers described on this website are provided by third-party lenders (Slice / First National Bank of Omaha, GreenSky®, and Figure). Approval, rates, and terms are determined by the lender, not by Bigfoot. We are not a lender and do not guarantee financing approval.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Bigfoot's liability arising from the use of this website or any information on it is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bigfoot Roofing & Construction. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing law
