1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting into SMS communications from Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge compliance with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations, as well as TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CTIA guidelines.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, ongoing promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply, subject to your mobile carrier’s plan. Standard messaging rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.
3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:

- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by providing explicit consent.
